Information for Dual Enrollment Students
This is a self-directed course, which means you are responsible for staying on track and completing all course requirements independently. You will be assigned an instructor who is available to answer questions and support your success, but you will not receive regular reminders to complete assignments.
Student privacy is protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). This means instructors and staff can only communicate directly with you and are not permitted to discuss your progress with parents or guardians.
It is your responsibility to:
- Monitor and meet all course deadlines in Canvas
- Follow important college deadlines from Admissions & Records as outlined on the Academic Calendar
This is a graded college course, and the grade you earn will become part of your permanent college record. If you decide not to continue in the course, it is your responsibility to officially drop it by the published deadline.
