ACCESS YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE COURSES THROUGH CANVAS
Once you are registered for a Work Experience course, all course content and assignments will be found online through Canvas.
Log in to your class using Canvas.
- Use the same login you use to access your student portal.
- Once logged in, the Dashboard will display any Canvas courses you are enrolled in.

1. Click the link below which will take you to the Online Activity page and you will find a RED link for each activity under the activity description.

FINDING YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE COURSE CONTENT
Beginning in summer 2016, Work Experience courses will be taught with our new learning management system, Canvas. With the implementation of Canvas, we have added a new tool, Course Section Information pages, for finding your course.
From your student portal and the online schedule of classes, the section number for a course will link to a Section Information page that will show links to the course materials when instructors make them available.
You can also find your Work Experience course by logging into your Canvas account:
Access the SRJC Canvas login page.
Use the same login you use to access your portal or “cubby.”
Once logged in, the Dashboard will display any Canvas courses you are enrolled in.

CREDIT FOR ONLINE ACTIVITIES
You will receive a message immediately after submitting an online activity that thanks you for your participation. That is your confirmation that the online activity has been electronically sent to Work Experience. A few days later, you will receive an email to confirm that you have been credited for the activity; however, the email will not reference which online activity or how many points you received. Please refer to your Handbook to determine how many points the activity is worth. Due to the volume of submissions received just before the deadline each semester, it may take as long as a week before you receive email confirmation at that time. If in doubt, call Work Experience at (707) 527-4329.
